Principal Consultant
The experience involved several stages and was very positive. It's important to be ready to talk about your motivations for pursuing a career in sales. It's beneficial to have prepared past experiences that demonstrate sales aptitude. The interviewers were good, and the conversation with the director-level staff was great.

Recruitment Consultant
Applied through CV Library and got a call back really quick from Natalie Smith, the interim recruitment manager. She asked me about myself, my current situation, and why I'm keen on recruitment. I was upfront about not having a sales background, but she said training and mentorship are provided, which was cool. An interview was set up within a week, and I got an email with prep materials. During the call, she was really enthusiastic, selling the company's perks to keep me interested. After the interview, I got rejected politely a few hours later, with the reason being that other grads had more relevant experience. No hard feelings though, they said everyone's special to the company.

Accounts Team Receptionist
The interview process was good. I was fully informed of the job role and what would be expected of me within the company. Directors were approachable and friendly and made me feel at ease. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and I left on good spirits. I was told a few days later that I had the job and was happy with their choice.
- How do you see yourself fitting into the company?
Sales
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. They were seeking recent college graduates, and I met their criteria. After a brief conversation, we arranged a phone call, which then led to a Zoom meeting lasting approximately one hour. Following the Zoom call, there was a 20-minute assessment in the form of an email.
