So, there were 2 group interviews, and then after that, I had a separate interview with 2 panel managers from the acquisition team. For the second group interview, they called our names and asked us two questions, so it was more like a meet and greet.

Behavioral Technical

It was an in-person interview that lasted about 15-20 minutes. The floor manager interviewed me. They asked questions about behavior and situations, mostly focusing on customer service and how I'd manage under pressure. They also asked about my availability, past experience, and how I would deal with tough customers. It felt pretty casual but still professional, and they seemed to really want someone with a good attitude and who works hard.

After you apply, you'll have an interview where you'll answer some basic cooking questions. Then they'll set up a day for you to stage, which is like a trial run. If you do well, they'll call you again, but it might take a while. After that, you'll need to do a background check, a drug test, submit your health card, go to the union, and get your employee photo taken. On your first day, there will be some group activities and a tour of the place. Then, the staff representative for your department will meet you.

  • What are some examples of mushrooms used in cooking?
