I went through two interviews on Zoom and then a third one that was a group thing. The group interview was laid back and a little weird because I thought I was already hired. It was neat to meet some people I might be working with though.

We had an initial phone chat with the recruiter, followed by a final interview with the manager. They were super responsive and quick to answer anything that came up. Both the recruiter and the manager at the site where I interviewed were really open and communicative.

The interview process was pretty typical. They asked standard questions like why are you interested in this company and why are you a good fit. They also had me do a spontaneous sales pitch. The managers interviewing me looked pretty unkempt. There was also some dishonesty about the pay, and they later denied it. The orientation wasn't very professional; it was basically just a slideshow of hotel pictures with paid actors repeating how much they liked working there.
