First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wyndham Destinations.
Customer Service Representative
You start with a phone screening with their recruiter, and if you pass that, your next step is a group interview which is roughly thirty min to one hour. From there, if you qualify, you will be called for an individual interview at a separate time.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What do you consider your strengths to be?
- What are your weaknesses?
Customer Service Representative
I applied late in the hiring cycle for this Customer Service Representative role, which might explain why there wasn't a formal phone interview. After submitting my online application, I got an email for an ondemand phone interview. About an hour after finishing that, I received a call to schedule a face-to-face interview for the next morning at 9 am. The interview involved meeting with the director, sitting in with a PR rep to listen to calls, and participating in a round table with two other applicants, the recruiter, and two directors. During the round table, they asked us questions and we had a conversation. Overall, the experience felt very comfortable.
- Could you tell us about your strengths and weaknesses, and what steps you're taking to improve on your weaknesses?
- What is your understanding of Wyndham?
- Can you introduce yourself?
Call Center Representative
I submitted my application online. The Talent Acquisition agent gave me a call and I met with the hiring manager the very next day. I really liked that the interview was laid back but still professional. Dexter Thomas interviewed me and he knew a lot about what makes a call center successful. He said it's a groundbreaking opportunity and if he runs it his way, the sales agents' lives will be forever changed for the better.
- Tell me about a time you had a disagreement with your supervisor or manager. What happened and what was the result?
