First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter. Then, I went in for in-person meetings with a few different people, and this took place over two days. The longest part was waiting for the background check to go through. They mostly asked what I thought were typical interview questions and then told me about the company.

I first talked to a recruiter, and then I had an interview with one of the on-site managers. They asked me about my previous job duties and then got into some really personal questions that were definitely not okay for an interview, like 'How old are you?'. The manager was super unprofessional. I feel like even if you don't like someone's answer, you should still be respectful.
