So you get an email invite to record and submit a video screen interview, which is like 20 questions, so a lot of prep. Then if you're successful, you move to a phone screen. And if you're successful there, you get an invite to the office. I just got rejected after all that prep. They aren't looking for skilled people, just bottom-tier people who will take low pay. Don't waste your time.

First, I had a phone interview with HR, which was basically a pre-screening. Then, I was called in for an in-person interview where I met with several managers and supervisors. I also had to complete an advanced Excel test. They aimed to make the environment comfortable and not intimidating.
