A recruiter who had a good relationship with World Wide Express introduced me. She did the initial phone screen, then set up the interview with Tyler, who was a great manager and clearly well-loved by his team. It went well, and we proceeded to the ride-along. While it was interesting, by the end of the day, I felt there might be a more efficient way to find leads than their current method.

Behavioral Presentation

Recruited by an outside agency, I had a phone interview with them before an in-person interview. At the company, I had a 2-on-1 interview where they challenged my experience and made me feel bad, emphasizing how important their job is. They described the demanding nature of the role, involving cold calling from business to business, likely to test my seriousness. They mentioned a base salary of 40k, with first-year earnings around 50k including commission, though other reviews suggest high turnover. I was accepted to the next stage, a field day where I'd shadow a sales representative for a full day.

Behavioral Other

I had a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by an in-person interview with the regional sales manager. The manager seemed new to interviewing, so I ended up leading the conversation. During my wait in the lobby, another sales rep loudly asked who I was, seemingly expecting a shouted response. The manager had promised reimbursement for the $25 parking fee, but after I told the recruiter I was pursuing other opportunities, they never followed up on the reimbursement.
