I was first contacted by a recruiter for a quick phone chat. Then I had a phone interview with a director while I was overseas. They gave me some "homework" which included answering three questions and a personality test. After returning to the US, I did a full-day "desk-ride" where I shadowed different roles and had to perform tasks like making calls to drivers and building loads. The director then discussed my experience during the desk-ride with me, and I was told to go home and follow up. I followed up and they said they'd let me know their decision. I never heard back, but I realized the job wasn't for me.

It was a really intense 3-round interview process. I had to complete a take-home assignment. It felt more like a personality check than a skills assessment. The final interview was a 'cube ride' to get a feel for the job.

I got a call from the recruiting manager who told me about the job. Then I went in for my first interview. After that, they asked me to write an essay about what I could bring to the team and what WEE would benefit me. Once I emailed that, they called me back for another interview/cube ride where I sat with some people to see what they do daily. Then they asked me to email again about my experience and if I would enjoy it. A few days later, they called to say I got the job.
