First, I had a phone interview with a recruiter to see if I was a good fit for the role. After that, the next step was an in-person interview. Then, I had to complete a follow-up assignment before they would invite me for a field ride. I actually really liked this assignment and used it as an opportunity to connect with all the companies I was interviewing with. The field ride was the next step. They provide a list of questions beforehand and then discuss them with you at the end of the ride. Finally, there was a presentation before they extended an offer.

The interview process started off well, the people interviewing me were really nice and welcoming. But the part after the interview made me really unhappy. After the interview, you have to wait to see if they'll invite you back for a "Full day" at the job to see how things operate and if you like it. I waited about a week and sent them a status update email to see if anything was decided. I got a response right away asking me to come in for the full day which I was super excited for. We set up a time and date for that following week......but about 40 minutes after that I got a call from the recruiter stating that the email they sent me (which was personable by the way) was for another candidate and that they decided not to move ahead with my application. I have no idea how that happens when you set up a date and time and we emailed back and forth 3 more times after that initial email and they say it wasn’t intended for me. I heard great things about the company but I don’t trust their hiring process at all.

The first step was meeting with the sales manager, the initial interview went great. Next, there was a field ride along with another account rep from the branch that lasted all day. After getting back, I had to meet with the sales manager again. The next process was a phone interview with corporate. The final stage was a presentation to the franchise owners of the branch I was interviewing for.
