The whole thing took like 5 months and a bunch of interviews. The recruiter was nice though, and always kept me in the loop. The rest of the team was pretty cool and respectful, just kinda wish they were more aware of my time. It was super frustrating to go through all that for 5 months and then just get a 'no' with no feedback. They could totally make this process way simpler.

Behavioral Other

I went through three interviews, starting with a phone call and then two in-person meetings. Four people in total interviewed me. Nobody could really tell me what my exact day-to-day duties would be. It felt like they weren't really prepared to hire anyone. I mentioned I'm really flexible and open to doing different tasks, and they said that once things were figured out, I'd get a specific list of tasks. I ended up getting an offer, which was a surprise since I didn't think it went well. I turned it down for another job that offered benefits immediately.

I first chatted with the recruiter at a job fair. He followed up the next week for a more in-depth chat, and then he arranged an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager then asked me several questions regarding my production and editing background.
