First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WWE.
Manager
The process was pretty smooth and the recruiter was really nice. They helped me with all my questions after the interview. It was a pretty standard interview, not too tough or intimidating.
- Can you describe how you manage under pressure?
Manager
A colleague recommended me, and I got to talk to the hiring manager and team lead right away. After that, I talked to HR, and it took them a few weeks to get me an offer. I asked about benefits a bunch of times before seeing my offer, but they didn't answer. It was my mistake not to push harder – the benefits here are really bad, and I would have asked for more money if I'd known how much it would cost me each year. I took the job, but the HR experience was pretty bad.
- Can you tell me about the typical interview questions?
Management
The interview process was pretty solid, took about three weeks total. I interviewed with the hiring manager and three team members, and ended up getting the job.
- What makes you want to join WWE?
- How much do you know about WWE?
