Sales Representative
It was a simple process, starting with HR and then moving to my direct manager. After that, I interviewed with another manager, and then had a final interview. The whole thing was pretty easy and wrapped up in about a week.
- What motivated your decision to join Wurth?
Accountant
I have to say that Wurth gave me the weirdest vibes during my interview process compared to any other company I've interviewed with. After reading some of the employee reviews, it makes more sense now. It seems like a really political company culture, and you can feel it during the interviews. Thinking back, I don't think they were really judging my skills, it felt super subjective. I got feedback I've never encountered before based just on a phone interview, and it felt unrelated to the actual conversation. I'm glad I didn't get the job offer, even though I was bummed at the time. Thanks to Glass Door and the reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet.
- Be ready to hear that you're not a good fit for something, despite not being asked anything related to the criticism.
Multimedia Specialist
I haven't worked directly for this company but I can share my hiring experience. The company advertised a position on Indeed that needed extensive marketing, graphic design, and video editing skills. It's very rare to find someone with all these skills, maybe less than 1%. The job description really focused on graphic design, so I applied. A recruiter called me instead of someone from the company. She called exactly at 5:00 PM, which was odd, so I had to call back the next day. The automated phone system and the way the recruiter spoke were really impersonal and unprofessional, it felt like calling a company with a tiny budget. The recruiter put me on hold for a while before finding my info. She said my resume lacked detail even though graphics experts reviewed it and still called me. She also mistakenly thought I had automotive service experience, which is incorrect. I don't think she actually reviewed my resume or portfolio. I'm not offended, it seems she wasn't knowledgeable about the graphics field. Maybe it's the company's overall lack of competence. She told me I wouldn't be hired because I lacked video editing experience, so our time was wasted. This was expected, as many small companies have poor service and unclear objectives. Why else would they contact someone they know isn't qualified? I'm not upset about the rejection. I'm sharing this review to warn potential hires about the company's incompetence. Avoid them.

Account Manager
It was a Zoom interview with a few rounds. The questions were pretty generic and not too tough. It followed the usual format of asking about strengths and weaknesses, experience, and responsibilities. There were other interview rounds too, covering things like a day in the life and your thoughts on the responsibilities.
- What are your best qualities and worst qualities?
- Can you elaborate on your experience and daily duties?
- What are your thoughts on the responsibilities involved?
