Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wunderman Thompson.
Art Director
The interview process was competent and friendly, but feedback took a long time and it felt unnecessarily drawn out. In the end, I was offered a temporary contract, which is normal and fine, but we never discussed it.
- Why do you want to work at a network agency?
Art Director
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Initially, there was a video call with the recruiter, which was more of a behavioral interview and they didn't have many details about the role. The next interview was a video call with the creative director. It was very informal, I led the interview, and it turned into a casual conversation. This was the final step.
- What makes you interested in Wunderman Thompson?
Art Director
It was a bit messy overall but it was good to talk with different departments and know what they do on a daily basis. We started with an interview with the creative director, and after that phase I was sent to talk with a copywriter.
