Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wunderman Thompson.
Account Executive
The interview process went well, with just one round of interviews. I spoke with four interviewers in different meetings. They asked about my previous experiences, how I've worked with clients, and how I function in a team.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a challenging client.
Account Executive
The interview experience was quite pleasant, largely due to the interviewer's friendly demeanor which helped ease my nerves. It kicked off with an introduction and a discussion about my previous roles. Following that, I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. The conversation then moved to my motivations for seeking this particular role and company. Lastly, I had the opportunity to ask my questions.
- Could you start by introducing yourself?
- Can you walk me through your previous work experience?
- What would you consider to be your greatest strengths?
Account Executive
Applied via the company website. Got an email for an interview the following Monday. Had a Teams interview with an HR Rep later that week. They seemed enthusiastic and said they'd follow up the next day. I followed up twice after hearing nothing but got no response. It was disappointing and unprofessional.
- Can you introduce yourself?
