The interview experience was quite pleasant, largely due to the interviewer's friendly demeanor which helped ease my nerves. It kicked off with an introduction and a discussion about my previous roles. Following that, I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. Applied via the company website. Got an email for an interview the following Monday. Had a Teams interview with an HR Rep later that week. They seemed enthusiastic and said they'd follow up the next day. I followed up twice after hearing nothing but got no response. It was disappointing and unprofessional.
