First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wunderkind.
Digital Marketing Strategist
It began with a quick chat with the recruiter, which was pretty standard and easy to get through. Then, I was given a take-home assessment that was a bit unusual. I thought it'd be an online test, but it was a Word doc that was kinda confusing at first glance. It was half logic problems and half personal questions, which weren't too difficult. After passing that, I had an on-campus interview. It felt like it went really well; it was mainly an in-depth resume walkthrough and some behavioral questions, which you can often find on Glassdoor. I left feeling good, thinking I was almost there, but then I got a generic rejection the next Saturday. I reached out for feedback to both the recruiter and the interviewer but never got a response, which was pretty disappointing given my expectations of the company.
- What is one area your former managers would say you could improve upon?
Digital Marketing
The interview process felt quick when they were interested in talking to me. I got an interview offer pretty fast, within three days of applying, but then I never heard back after the interview, even after sending a thank you and finishing their assessment. It seemed like a cool company, but the interviewer didn't seem very engaged during our conversation.
- Can you describe your analytical skills?
- Could you introduce yourself?
Digital Marketing Strategist
I applied online and was invited to do a first round behavioral interview. It was very straightforward and standard questions about my experience, why I am applying for the company, and my personal goals. The 2nd round interview was a mock client call. I was given a spreadsheet of data to analyze and then create a presentation for a mock client call.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a significant amount of data?
