Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wunderkind.
Customer Success Associate
It's a pretty standard process, starting with three one-on-one interviews. The team and recruiters make it seem like you're a good fit. The last round is a role-play presentation where you present key strategies for a hypothetical client. After seeing reviews and not hearing back, I'm pretty sure they use people for ideas without hiring or paying them. The whole thing felt sketchy and was a waste of time.
- Can you tell me about a marketing campaign you really liked?
Customer Success Associate
The interview process involved 4 rounds spread out over 3 to 4 weeks. First was a screening call to check qualifications. Then there were two virtual interviews, one focused on behavioral questions and the other on culture fit. The final round included an assignment presentation.
- Can you describe your approach to time management?
- How do you handle multiple deadlines simultaneously?
Customer Success Associate
It was a three-stage process: first, an initial chat, then two back-to-back 30-minute interviews with the hiring manager and associate director, and finally, a mock client presentation. Everyone was really approachable and the vibe was pretty conversational.
- Why are you interested in digital marketing?
- Tell me about an e-commerce website you like and how you'd make it better.
