After meeting at an engineering fair, we had a technical interview that went really well. We then agreed on the internship period and the necessary paperwork. I'm very happy with how this went.

Went through two interviews. First was a video call with a director who reviewed my CV. Then, a face-to-face interview with two directors. One director seemed unprepared and asked spontaneous questions, while the hiring director was ready. The whole experience felt disconnected, and I almost left early on. I wasn't really sold on the company vision. They mentioned an offer would follow, but I ended up declining.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Questions related to the job description were asked.
  • The second director deviated from the plan and asked improvised questions.

It was a good interview with interesting questions. I spoke with a hiring manager one-on-one, and then had a session with two people who work in the office. They were welcoming and conducted the interview professionally. While I don't have any complaints about the interview itself, they haven't updated me on my status since.

  • Are you open to flexible office hours?
