The application process was straightforward. I submitted my application online and received a telephone screening within a week. The call was with a WSP talent acquisition representative who asked about my project management experience, as well as standard behavioral and HR questions, including salary expectations. The conversation went well, and the interviewer seemed positive and even outlined the next steps: a virtual interview followed by an in-person meeting. However, after the call, I was ghosted for two weeks with no update. It became clear that I hadn’t advanced to the next round. The lack of communication was disappointing and reflected poorly on the company’s professionalism, especially after such a positive initial impression.
