The interview process was pretty standard, it had 5 stages. First, we submitted resumes and did a screening. Then, there was an online assessment which included arithmetic, comprehension, pattern recognition, and a psychometric test. After that, a video interview was conducted, followed by an in-person interview with the team. Finally, they made an offer.

I had a phone screening with HR where they asked some general questions. Then, there were two 1-hour interviews with management and engineers. These involved more specific and technical questions. Everyone I spoke with was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and they could answer all my questions. Overall, it was a positive interview experience.

They have a 6-minute video interview, a 12-minute logical reasoning test, a verbal reasoning test, and a numerical reasoning test. This is the first of several stages and happens within one day of applying. You'll need to provide a cover letter, resume, and transcript at every step, so have them ready. The tests are pretty standard, but make sure your roommates or others don't disturb you during them. They only care about test results and your WAM.
