First I did a few online tests. Then, in the interview, there were 2 interviewers who asked me about my previous industry internship. They were really nice and made me feel comfortable. Unlike other companies that use an assessment center, they didn't have one.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I applied online, and then had an initial HR call where they asked standard questions about my interest in the role and what I'm looking for. After that, I had a Teams interview with some directors.
