It was a full day event, that included two group discussions and a written test to assess domain knowledge. This process was quite tiring and seemed to favor certain candidates. I'd say consider this as a last resort. You'll have 3-4 invigilators evaluating you throughout the day.

I had an online aptitude test first, which had some difficult questions. Then there was a part about alignment with core values, though some of my answers felt a bit unclear. After that, I did a recorded one-way interview where they asked about sustainability within the industry. The final stage was an online interview with three interviewers.
