Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WSP.
Graduate Student
The interview was pretty chill, mostly soft questions. I met with two senior people who seemed more interested in getting to know me as a person than assessing my job skills. The technical questions were really easy.
- Can you share an instance when you worked under pressure?
Graduate Program
It was a video interview as screening process of their 2025 Graduate Program. They will send you a link for the video interview after having the online assessment done. Video interview is ok but what’s harder for me is their online assessment.
- Thinking about your studies and what you like, what about this job makes you excited? Also, how do you plan to use your skills in a graduate role at WSP?
Graduate Program
The interview started with HR introducing the company and program, followed by a self-introduction from me, and then a case discussion. After that, I had a Q&A session with the department manager. The whole thing took about 40 minutes.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Let's go through a case discussion.
- What information are you looking for about the program?
