I had an hour-long call with some of the current employees. They didn't ask a ton of technical questions, which was a bit strange since the role itself is technical, not just engineering. Overall, the interview felt pretty easy, but I'm not entirely sure what they were looking for in an intern.

The interview process was pretty much focused on my resume. They had me explain the engineering project I listed. Then, they asked about the courses I took in school that related to the job. I talked about those and went into more detail about what I did and how it connected to the role. After that, they discussed the position more and asked a few 'get to know me' questions.

The interviewer was nice and communicated well, everything went fine. I didn't get the offer because my experience wasn't quite what they were looking for. I applied in early Jan and got a call in Feb. The interviewer then sent my application to another department that seemed like a better fit for my background.
