Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wrike.
Sales Representative
HR called me for a phone interview. I also had to complete some tests, a cognitive one and a reasoning abilities test. After that, the hiring manager called me. Then, two days later, I got an email saying I didn't get the job.
- What makes you unique compared to other candidates?
Sales Operations
I applied on the Wrike website and a recruiter got in touch super fast. The first step was a recruiter phone screen, then came four more phone interviews with my potential boss and team members. After about two weeks and those four calls, I went to their office for an in-person interview where I met with four different managers from teams I'd be working with. After the in-person, the recruiter set up a Skype interview, and then there was one last phone interview with some execs. The whole thing took about 5 weeks and involved around 10 people. It was a bit much, but totally worth it because you can tell this company really values the people they hire. Lots of different teams and employees were involved, showing Wrike really listens to everyone's opinions. Everyone has been really welcoming and helpful since I started, making the long process worthwhile.
- Can you discuss your previous work experience?
- Could you detail your experience with specific tools?
- How would you help us solve current process issues?
Sales Representative
The hiring process had five distinct stages, all of which were clearly laid out and easy to navigate. Throughout, the HR assistant was very helpful, making sure everything was understandable and not overwhelming. The stages involved an initial skills assessment, followed by multiple interviews with various team members. Each interview focused on different aspects, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of mutual fit.
- What motivates your interest in a sales career?
