First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wrike.
Sales Development Representative
Had one quick chat with a recruiter, then a second meeting with the hiring manager that included a role play. It was a typical salaried SDR interview process, they wanted to see how I'd improvise during the roleplay, and then they said I was “too nice for sales”.
- What makes you want to pursue a career in sales?
- How well would you improvise in a roleplay scenario?
Sales Development Representative
I had a few chats with some of the managers. They wanted to see if I knew the product well, and we did a mock sales call. They also asked me why I wanted to be in sales and what animal I'd be.
- Why do you want to get into sales?
- How much do you know about our product?
- Let's do a mock sales call.
Sales Development Representative
Had calls with the Recruiter, went in person, and had a video call with Upper Management. Interviewed with 8 different people and then communication went cold. Upper Management was condescending, rude, and late. Lower and mid-level employees were great! Personable, funny, nice. Haven't been able to reach them since speaking with the EIGHTH person. Spent a lot of time and effort to arrange and go to interviews. Very unprofessional to waste that much of my time and not receive communication that they went with another candidate. Process could definitely use improvement.
- If you were an animal, which one would you be?
