They sent me a link to book a time, and we set up a Zoom call. During the call, they mentioned I'd be doing international sourcing and asked about my past sourcing experience. Afterward, I got an email saying I was rejected without a reason.

The interview process wasn't easy compared to other companies and took a few weeks. I always got detailed feedback after each interview and knew what to expect next. I think a challenging process with lots of info is better than an easy one that leads to disillusionment. You have to pass the UCAT test, but they give you all the info and demo tests to prepare. You can pick your date easily using Calendly. The whole process was transparent and all interviewers were very friendly.

Behavioral Technical Other

So the first thing was a phone interview with the Director of Talent Acquisition, which was really helpful for learning about the company and what they do. After that, I went in for an onsite interview. I got to meet with a few people already working there - a sales team lead, the Customer Operations Manager, the Chief Revenue Officer, and the CEO. They all asked me about how I recruit, what I'm looking to improve on, and what I'm good at. Oh, and before I left, they gave me a quick test to see how I handle thinking critically, understanding what I read, and managing my time.
