I saw this job on LinkedIn and applied. After a few weeks, I got to talk to the recruiter, who was super helpful. The first chat with the recruiter was pretty standard, covering basic questions, the job itself, and salary expectations. Then came a pretty tough UCAT-like test, but they gave us guidelines and you can find practice stuff online. After the test, there were some personality questions, which weren't too weird or invasive like some reviews said. Next up was an interview with a senior agent that included a demo call, which was also not easy but we got good prep for it. There was also a simple written task to check language skills; it felt like it wasn't super critical. The fourth step involved an interview with HR and CS managers, another demo call, and general questions about why I want the job, what I expect, and my background. The questions felt relevant, and the demo calls were really challenging, definitely tested the skills needed. For the final language check, there was one more interview with another experienced CS agent, no demo call this time, just a professional chat about the role. Honestly, everyone I talked to was really professional and clear about things from the start, which was good for everyone. The recruiter was really persistent. Even if I didn't get an offer, it was a great experience and super relevant for future applications.

Technical Other

The hiring process is quite involved. It starts with an initial phone chat with someone from HR. Following that, there's a UCAT test, which includes things like logic and numerical reasoning, along with a personality assessment. If you manage to get through those, you'll then have a language test. For this, you need to respond to four questions in the language you'll be using for work (English, in my situation), writing about 5-10 sentences for each. An example question might be, 'What does good customer service mean to you and why is it important?'. Next, you're expected to get familiar with the Wrike app, learn its features, and then do a demo call with a senior agent who will quiz you on different aspects of the application. The final step, which I didn't reach, is an interview with the manager you'd be reporting to. Although I didn't pass the demo call, I'd still recommend this company; the people were really nice. HR was very helpful and answered all my questions, making me feel quite at ease throughout the entire process. Honestly, the whole experience felt exceptionally welcoming.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through LinkedIn and about a week later, I got a take-home test with some questions about me, why I'm applying, and three different scenarios. A couple of days after that, I had a Skype interview. The interviewer was really friendly and we had a nice, light conversation. Someone from Russian HR was also on the call but didn't ask anything.
