Behavioral Technical Presentation

It's the standard process: first, an HR interview, then an interview with the hiring manager, and after that, you'll need to show your tool knowledge and how you'd present a solution to a client.

Behavioral Technical

This was about a 3 week process and the recruiter and team made it much easier as it was a down to earth conversational interview vs. your traditional interviews that require technical questions and much more. The interviews highlighted personalities of the employees which was exactly what kept me excited for the process. It definitely removed anxiety due to the fact that everyone was laid back. Here is the process: 1. Initial Interview with Recruiter 2. Personality and CCAT Assessment Test (must pass in order to move forward) 3. Manager Interview 4. (4) 45 minutes interviews with management team 5. Conclusion conversation with someone who relates to your background (this doesn’t happen for everyone sometimes but just to get an idea of the person’s background who relates to yours. Very rewarding and much needed conversation with the transition. Especially since I’m coming from management consulting to technology consulting. 6. Offer

Behavioral Technical

Recruiter reached out and seemed uninterested in the first round. They use an AI software to screen. The first round was with the Hiring Manager and Sales Manager, scheduled for 1 hour, where they asked about previous experience. The whole interview process was conversational and relaxed. They do use AI disguised as a note-taker.
