Account Manager
Went through 3 rounds, first a telephone interview, then a chat with the Recruitment Manager, and finally a panel interview that included a case study. It felt very formal, not much rapport. The HR person was not sympathetic at all. The business case they gave was too short to really show what you could do. Some obscure questions came up and one of the interviewers seemed unprepared. They said a decision would be made in two days after the panel, but it took a week and they didn't even let me know. I wouldn't recommend this company.
- What drives you to apply for this position?
Account Manager
They used to have this 20-ish question GMAT thing that was a phone screen. Then there was a call with the hiring manager. Finally, an on-site with the CxO and hiring managers. Everyone was super nice, felt like people I could hang out with. So, the interview wasn't stressful, more like a conversation than an interrogation.
- Can you outline your typical sales process?
- Tell me about a significant success you've had.
- How would you approach growing revenue with a hypothetical customer?
Senior Account Manager
The interview process was quick and straightforward. After applying, I got an interview screening. The whole thing took about 4 weeks from start to finish. I had a good experience and felt they really evaluated me for the role.
- Tell me about your general approach to sales.
