The interview process for this role at the Warren facility was not very professional. Although the interview was scheduled for 10 am, we were taken back at 10:25 am. The interviewers were rude, snickering when I presented my prepared packet which included a cover letter, resume, references, and a letter of recommendation, with one stating they didn't have time to read it. Despite this, they continued to make jabs throughout the interview. Based on this experience, I would not consider working for Wrights & Filippis.

Had an initial phone interview that only had one question about a customer situation. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. I interviewed with the district and customer service manager. The interview went well. They mentioned they would call back the top two people and then make a choice. It's been a week since then, and I haven't heard anything back.

I was contacted at the end of February. I'm a perfect fit for the role and the interview seemed to go really well. The interviewer seemed interested and said I'd hear back in a week or two. It's been two weeks with no word. I followed up twice and still nothing. Thankfully, I found a job at a much better place. They handled this poorly.
