I applied through a third party employment site, they gave me a call to set up an in person interview, and after about a two week wait, I got a job offer on the phone, pending a drug test.

You only get looked at if you apply online at their website. It takes about 3-8 weeks to get a phone interview. After the phone interview, there's an in person interview about 2 weeks later. Then you get called in another 2 weeks for an IQ/Personality test. Soon after that, a drug screen. Then you'll get offered a position. It takes no less than 3 months from application to hire.

The interview process for this role at the Warren facility was not very professional. Although the interview was scheduled for 10 am, we were taken back at 10:25 am. The interviewers were rude, snickering when I presented my prepared packet which included a cover letter, resume, references, and a letter of recommendation, with one stating they didn't have time to read it. Despite this, they continued to make jabs throughout the interview. Based on this experience, I would not consider working for Wrights & Filippis.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interviewer went through generic interview questions from a printed sheet one by one.

Had a phone call to arrange the interview. Then I talked with two people from upper management. They asked me about my background and some job-related things. We also discussed the roles, responsibilities, and potential career advancement. It was friendly but serious and very professional.
