First up there's a phone interview that's pretty chill, mostly just chatting about your resume and what you've done, and what the job is about, this is with who I think is the HR person. If you pass that, you'll then have an in person interview.

Behavioral Presentation

I was sent to two stores, first one then the other, to meet with the top bosses. It went pretty well and the team seemed friendly. I'll be sent away for a week for a training course. The downside is that it's a one-year trial period, and you only earn commission after selling 30,000 worth of products.
