The hiring journey was smooth and enjoyable. I went through three interviews: one with HR, followed by meetings with senior directors on my team. The conversations were friendly and encouraging, making it feel very natural. Regardless of the outcome, I really appreciated the opportunity to connect with everyone involved. HR was great at communicating and provided a clear timeline. The whole process from the first interview to receiving the offer took approximately one month.

I found this job on Facebook and was really excited about the company, but the interview experience was disappointing. HR contacted me for a phone interview quickly after I applied. The interviewer seemed distracted and repeated questions, but I felt I answered well. There was no real engagement from her, which was strange and didn't help me showcase my skills. After the interview, where she said she'd pass my info along, there was a complete lack of communication. I even followed up a week later and heard nothing back. This unprofessionalism is disappointing, especially since I have relevant experience.

I had a phone interview with HR, then an in-person interview with two managers, and finally one with a manager and the director. It was pretty quick to get scheduled for the next steps, usually just a few days, but the offer took about three weeks to come through after the last interview.
