Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wpromote, LLC.
Digital Marketing Specialist
I connected with the recruiter online and set up an initial screening. In total, there were two interview rounds before I received a job offer. The entire process wrapped up in about two weeks. Everyone on the team was super welcoming and made it easy to chat. I really liked the office's positive vibe. During the interviews, I could easily talk about my past projects and explain my interest in joining Wpromote. I also got to ask a lot of questions to learn about the company culture and how it's structured, which helped me see if it was a good fit.
- Tell me about your proudest accomplishment.
Email Marketing Specialist
It was the best interviewing experience I have ever had. Three days after applying online, I got an email to set up a phone interview. Several days after the phone interview, I was contacted again to set up an in-person interview, and was contacted shortly after that to set up a second in-person interview. The same day as the second in-person interview, I was offered the position verbally on the phone. It was a quick process and everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly and kind.
- What is your HTML proficiency level?
Marketing Specialist
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an online application, then a phone interview, and finally an in-person interview. The two managers who interviewed me were really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a really good experience. I knew I wanted to work at Wpromote as soon as I left the conference room.
- How would you approach a task using Keynote if you had no prior experience with the application?
