It was a pretty average interview process. First, I had a 30-minute phone screening with the HR recruiter, which was basic and quick. Then, I had a 1-hour interview with upper management, specifically a Senior Director and an Associate Director. After that, there was a project, like a sample test, with a 2-day turnaround. Finally, I had an interview with the SVP, which felt more like a formality.

I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone screen. She asked a lot about my past jobs, seemed more interested in office gossip than my experience. Then I had a phone interview with the director in Texas. He talked for 30 minutes about himself and the team, barely asking me anything before we ran out of time. The final round was on-site with two potential coworkers. They were cold and unfriendly, which made me question wanting to work there. I sent thank you emails. The recruiter said I'd hear back by the end of the next week, but it's been two months and I still haven't heard anything.

I applied on their website and then they emailed me to set up a phone interview with HR, which was about 20-30 minutes. After that, they emailed and called me to set up an in-person interview with the Director and Senior Manager of the department. That one was about 30-60 minutes. Finally, HR contacted me with an offer.
