The interview process was very well put together. I spoke with multiple people who all showed expertise in different areas. The questions ranged from knowledge to personality traits allowing them to get a well rounded impression of who you are as an individual and professional.

The interview process was very smooth and pleasant. I applied through Glassdoor and was contacted promptly by a recruiter who scheduled a phone call that day. A second phone interview with HR was held the following day (Friday) and I had an in-person interview with the Managing Director on Monday. The entire process took about 10 days, and every person I spoke with was very pleasant and informative.

I applied on a Wednesday and heard back for a phone interview by Monday, which was a nice surprise. I was a bit nervous going into the phone interview because I didn't have much agency experience. The interview itself went well, but then the recruiter said, 'we'll get back to you if this position opens up because we just filled it.' I was confused why they'd waste my time if it was already filled. If I wasn't a good fit, they should have just said they'd reach out if they decided to move forward. Instead, the recruiter made up an excuse and said they weren't hiring for the role anymore. But then, the same job was posted on LinkedIn two days later. About a month and a half after that, they emailed me to say they had moved on with other candidates. I already knew I wasn't moving forward after the phone interview, so why email me so much later with unnecessary information? After a few weeks, a candidate has likely found other opportunities. It would be much better to be more considerate and transparent. Lying about the position when a candidate isn't qualified doesn't help. Just saying you'll be in touch if you decide to move forward is simple enough.
