I went through three interviews. First was a phone interview, which was pretty standard. The second was an in-person interview and I had to complete a take-home assignment that was due 24 hours later. The third interview involved a presentation to a group where I had to act like the interviewers were a company and pitch Wpromote to them. It was a really cool interview process, and after getting the job offer, I felt like I really earned it. You definitely have to prove yourself. It's a great experience!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had a phone interview that was about 20-30 minutes. Then the first round was about 40-50 minutes with two directors. After that, I had to send in a writing sample to show my client communication skills. The second round included a mock sales presentation and a 45-minute interview with a senior director and two other directors. The mock presentation was tough and a bit nerve-wracking, but honestly, I really liked it. It was my first time doing a writing sample or a mock presentation for an interview, and I felt it was a good way to demonstrate the skills needed for this job.

Behavioral Technical

I had a basic phone interview first, and then they scheduled an in-person interview. The phone interview included some basic questions. The interviewers were friendly and professional, but I didn't hear back from them for about a month, even after sending a few more emails. I wish there had been better communication towards the end of the process.
