It was around 20-30 minutes depending on the Interviewer. Mostly Mass Transfer, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Mechanics were focused in the interview Questions. They will ask about your topic of interest in Chemical Engineering and also about the internships that you have done. Little about your Background. I was a little nervous as it was my first interview. So no worries.

Behavioral Technical

I had an online meeting with the head of the engineering department, and HR was also there. They asked technical questions and gave a brief introduction to the company, which isn't always clear on their website. I didn't have to complete any tests beforehand. That's as far as I got in the process.

Confirmed questions4 questions
  • Could you tell me about your good and bad qualities?
  • How do you work within a team?
  • I have some technical questions for you, for example about a distillation column.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was really unorganised. There was minimum info on what to expect. I only found out there would be a second interview after the first one. Then, during the second interview, I found out it was about problem-solving. I wasted time preparing behavioral questions for the second interview, which they didn't even ask. They don't give interview outcomes unless you follow up or get accepted. Compared to other companies' detailed hiring processes, you can expect anything from this one.
