So after the initial phone interview, I was invited to an assessment centre. That was where the main part of the interview happened. There was a face to face interview, then a written exam where I had to analyse and explain P&ID diagrams. After that, there were two group exercises. The first one was a survival scenario where we had to rank items and then present our choices. The second group exercise involved building a structure out of spaghetti to hold weight, with the tallest structure winning.
