The hiring process usually kicks off with a skills assessment to check your logical thinking, math abilities, and language skills. The difficulty of this test can differ. I thought the test was medium but couldn't finish it, so I didn't move on to the next stages.

The selection process steps were: Online application (resume and English test); Group dynamics (presentation: name, age, course, university, a fun fact; group activity: build a tower with paper and straws; individual activity: choose one of the described situations to talk about, e.g., I interacted with new people when... or I learned something new when...); Individual interview with the managers (a small part in English).
