Behavioral Technical Case

First, you'll submit your application with your resume and cover letter online. After that, a recruiter might call you to chat about your background, why you're interested, and if you meet the basic requirements. If they like you, you'll have a technical interview where they'll ask you civil engineering questions, see how you solve problems, and check your technical knowledge. They'll also ask behavioral questions to see how you handle tough situations, work with others, and if you fit with the company's values. Depending on the job, you might get a technical assessment or a case study to test your analysis and problem-solving skills. Finally, there might be an interview with senior people or management, which goes deeper into both your technical skills and whether you'd fit in. If all goes well, you'll get a job offer with the details.

Behavioral Technical

I sent my resume through the company email after a friend told me they were hiring. A week later, they set up a phone interview. It was pretty easy, they asked me to introduce myself, talk about my college project, and asked a few things about my resume. A week after that, I got an email saying I passed. Then, they asked me for a one-on-one interview in Jeddah in a week. They asked about my old job, why I want to join the company, and if I know Autocad. Then they gave me a drawing and asked me to tell them what's wrong with it.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Tell me about yourself and your college project, and also some things about my resume?
  • Do you know how to work on Autocad? then he gave me a drawing and asked me to tell him the problem with it?
