It was a standard three phase interview. There was a basic call, then a technical call, and finally an in person interview. I got the result in less than 2 weeks. The interview panel was warm and very welcoming. Overall, I was happy with the interview process.

The interview process took around 45 minutes. I chatted with the Instrumentation team lead and the Head of Instrumentation Dept. They were both really nice and made me feel comfortable. We started with some basic questions about my CV, then went deeper into my understanding of instrumentation standards and my proficiency with instrumentation software. HR initially told me I was on hold, but after a month, they called back to offer me the job. Since I had already agreed on a salary before the interview and was eager for the job, there wasn't much room to negotiate the pay.
