I got to chat with several people on the team and could ask all the questions I had. Everyone was really nice and the conversations were good. It did take some time to get the interviews set up though (I had to nudge HR a few times). Overall, it was a good experience.

They had me interview for a position that had already been filled, sent me to the wrong department, and never communicated any updates. The same position opened up less than a year later.

It started with a 45 min phone interview with the HR BP to get a better feel for the role, company, and what they are looking for. We went over my CV, my background, and why I'm interested in the job and company. It was a great first call. Then, I had an onsite interview that lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes with three managers who would be overseeing the account management team. The offer came a few days later, and after some quick negotiation, I accepted. The whole hiring process was simple, clear, and upfront. Expectations were clear from the start for everyone, making it a more fitting and honest process. This team nailed it.
