The interview process began with an online multiple-choice assessment on their website, covering probability, statistics, algorithms, and mathematics. Following this, there were 2-3 phone interview rounds. These interviews included brain teaser questions focused on algorithm writing and additional mathematics problems.

We started with a group skills test, followed by two one-on-one phone interviews. The interviewers were entry/mid-level researchers. Both the test and the interviews focused solely on school-level math, but at an olympiad level. So, to prepare, don't study anything specific; it's enough (and necessary) to just get a good night's sleep beforehand. No finance knowledge was needed, just simple math.
