So, the whole thing was three stages long: two tech rounds and then a chat with HR. The tech parts really dove deep into projects I'd worked on, also asked about SQL, AWS stuff, and how to sort out Git conflicts. They also threw in some data structures and algorithms questions, like different kinds of SWP, Fibonacci patterns, and logic puzzles to see how I think. Basically, they wanted to see if I could solve problems. The HR round was more about seeing if I could talk to people, if I'd vibe with the team, and if I was a hard worker. They set up each part to check out both my tech smarts and my softer skills.

Confirmed questions3 questions

  • Can you elaborate on your knowledge and application of AWS services?
  • Describe your process for resolving Git conflicts.

My interview for Worline was through an on-campus drive. The process began with two online tests. After being shortlisted from these tests, I had one technical interview and two HR interviews. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the technical interview. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd recommend this organization for its culture and work environment.

The interview process had several stages where people got eliminated. First was an aptitude test to check logical thinking, problem-solving, and basic math. If you passed that, you went to the technical round. This is where they test your technical knowledge, like programming, algorithms, and system design. You might have had to do some coding too. Then, there were two HR rounds. The first HR round was about your personality, how you communicate, and if you fit the company culture. The second HR round might have been more about your career goals and if you align with the company's values. You had to pass each stage to move on.
