Project Manager
Applied in Sept 2022. After chasing HR multiple times, I eventually got a 30-minute call a month later, likely because I CC'd her manager. Then, there was silence for another month. HR couldn't provide any timelines. Finally, I received a standard rejection email with no specific feedback. The whole process took 2.5 months of my time, which was frustrating and a complete waste. This company clearly doesn't value candidates' time or show consideration.
- Can you elaborate on your background and experience?
Project Manager
The initial interview was with the hiring manager and it went pretty well. They asked general questions and some situational ones using my past experiences. What really threw me off was being told mid-interview that it was a positive outcome and to expect a call from recruitment. Then, after three weeks of me chasing them, I was finally told I didn't make it to the next step. Super disappointing and felt like a total waste of my time.
- How would you leverage your global experience to tackle a problem?
Project Manager
- What is your proficiency level with project management, collaboration, and agile tools?
- Describe your ability to work in a team.
- Can you give an example of a difficult project situation and the solutions you applied?
