Behavioral Case

Great hiring process. 1 TAM screening + 1 meeting with the manager, 1 meeting with the N+1 and 1 meeting with the N+2. The administrative slowness and lack of competence of some employees on the administrative part should be noted, but it's the same everywhere.

Technical Behavioral

The recruiter wasn't upfront about the number of interviewers for the technical interview. The technical interview itself wasn't super tough, with pretty basic questions. Two out of three interviewers showed up late, and one was particularly unfocused and not paying attention. I haven't received feedback by the agreed-upon time, and I suspect they might ghost me. Overall, it was a negative experience.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, then had a brief chat with them. After that, I had a 60-minute Teams interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with the team. They made an initial offer, and then there was a security screening.
