The interview focuses less on motivation or personality and more on technical questions, sometimes feeling like an "exam". There are also many situational questions. However, feedback after the interview is quick.
- Can you discuss the Schrems II decision?

It was a 3 round process: first a technical round for an hour, then a managerial round for an hour, followed by HR and salary negotiations. It all took about 45 days from start to finish to get the offer. The call for the second round came about a month after the first.
