It was a three-stage interview process. First, the recruitment interview, which included basic HR questions and then technical questions related to the role. Next was the hiring manager interview, which was technical to the role. Finally, the senior management interview focused on questions about relating with management and other team members.

I applied online and a couple of weeks later, I got a call for an interview. The recruiter was really nice. I went to the Federal Way headquarters and got to see the visitor center before my interview, which gave me a better sense of the company. I'd suggest that to anyone considering working there. I spoke with both a recruiter and the department lead. Overall, the interview was quite straightforward.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They expected me to be asked about my faith in Jesus, which would have caught me off guard at first, but I was ready for it.
