I talked to HR first, then had 1-3 interviews with the hiring manager or team. This is a global org and I told them I wasn't in the UK. They said my US location was fine. After the HR interview and waiting weeks, they told me they were considering me, but only because I wasn't in the UK. Felt like a waste of time waiting when I asked about it early on. I would have preferred to know I wasn't a fit so I could move on.

The interview process was straightforward and their questions aligned with the job description. Some people have asked me about how religious WV is. My response is that they will ask you about your personal relationship with Jesus in the interview. It's actually in many of the JD's as well.
- Can you share an instance where you made an error?
- How religious is West Virginia?
- Describe your personal relationship with Jesus.

I first had a phone interview with the talent acquisition partner. After that, I did a group interview over Zoom. Three people were in the group interview, and it lasted about an hour.
